{Monday Meals}

I decided that since the new year I have been planning out my meals for the week and thought maybe I should share with all of you what is in the plan for us this week!
I promise to post recipes too!!
Monday:  Meatloaf Muffins with Mashed Potato Frosting
Tuesday: BBQ Chicken Breasts
Wednesday: Grilled Cheese and Chicken Pot Pie Soup (Jake doesn't do soup so we have to make do!)
Thursday: Black Bean & Salsa Chicken
Friday: Out for Dinner!!!
Saturday: Blue & Gold Banquet for Cub Scouts

How is Weight Watchers going for you? I am struggling big time. The three of us, You, mom and me should all get together and help each other out. Get something going on a blog or something. Start the former fat club blog and just post how we did, what we are struggling with, pointers on low point things we found, inspire work outs... I know I need help right now.

I'm in!! I am down 6, but those are also the same 6 I lost last year!! I have found a ton of recipes lately, just need to fit the workout in and STAY FOCUSED!! Now to name the blog....
